3-30-2026 Sludge Removal

On 3-30-2026, the Sewer District's Contractors began sludge removal from our primary lagoon pond. Heavy odors will be present around the lagoon area and downwind of the project until the sludge is incorported into a slurry. The smell comes from breaking the ammonia cap releasing the gases.
