New Service Request

Welcome to the Rural Sewer District 1 Rogers County Community.  Please contact our office by phone at 918-266-0003 -or- you can print out the New Account Transfer Form and Survey Form to apply for service.  You can also print out the Auto Pay from Checking Form if you want this as your payment opition.  All applicable forms need to be returned to us within 7 days of closing. The completed forms can be mailed to our PO Box, dropped off at our office location or scan and emailed to  rsd1rc@gmail.com  We look forward to serving your wastewater needs.
