Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We will not sell your information to anyone.
Refunds: All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of the transaction.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon or put your account number in the memo line of your check. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Automatic Bank Draft or Credit/Debit Card Payments
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account or credit/debit card and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee with this method of payment. To set up Automated payments, simply download and fill out the form for the type of Auto Pay you want. Forms are located in the Forms & Reports drop down tab on the home page. Completed forms can be reutrned to RSD#1 by drop off, email or mail. No fees added for automatic bank payments. Credit/Debit Cards incure a 4% fee charged by the card processor.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address of 26301 S 4110 Road (just south of Casey's General Store in the green roof office building). We accept cash, check, or money orders. You can bring your payment in to the office or there is a drop slot located on the front wall of the office. DO NOT put payments in the mailboxes loctated on site.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
