Residential Monthly Flat rate per household - $35.00
One Time New Account Transfer Fee - $15.00
Residential Late Payment Fee - $3.00 per month
Commercial/Public Entity - $5.50 per thousand gallons water used. $35.00 min/month
Commercial/Public late fee - $10% of balance owed
New Sewer Tap - $1800.00/each
All pay by bill payments are due by the 16th of each month unless the 16th falls on a weekend or holiday. If the 16th falls on a weekend or holiday, the due date will be the next business day. All cusotmers signing up for auto pay from their checking accounts will have funds drawn between the 5th-8th of each month.
