NEW SEWER RATES EFFECTIVE JULY 1st, 2025

Please find the letter of explanation for the rate increase under the Forms and Reports drop down tab.

Residential Rates increase to $55 per month starting with the July 2025 service month payment. (June 28th for Credit/Debit card auto pay). Commerical rates are $7.00 per thousand gallons water used with a minimum of $55.

Return Check fee increases to $15

Late Fee: $5.00 for residential and 10% of balance owed for Commercial

New Sewer taps are currently $5,000.00

New Automatic Credit/Debit Card Pay Option

Our new quick process allows you to sign up for Automatic Payment by going to the Foorns and Reports Tab and choosing the method of auto payment. Once you fill out the form online you will submit it, confirm the form on your email, and it will automatically be sent to us to add to yuor account. You can also come to out office to fill out a form.
